The UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) is moving towards mandatory e-invoicing for B2B and B2G. Workshops that issue tax invoices will need to comply. Here’s what that means and how to prepare.
What FTA e-invoicing will require
Invoices will need to be generated in a format the FTA can validate—and possibly submitted through a designated platform (e.g. linked to PINT-AE). Your workshop software must be able to produce compliant e-invoices and integrate when the gateway is available.
Prepare with the right software
Use workshop software that has UAE e-invoicing on its roadmap. GRX is being developed with FTA e-invoicing (B2B/B2G) in mind, so when the mandate applies, you can enable compliance without changing systems. Clean, digital invoicing today makes the transition easier.
