Referral FAQs

What is the GRX referral offer?
Refer an auto workshop or garage in the UAE to GRX. When they subscribe and pay for their first year, you receive 20% of that first year's subscription payment as a referral reward.
Who can refer a workshop?
Anyone can refer — existing GRX customers, consultants, suppliers, accountants, or workshop owners who know another garage that would benefit from GRX. You do not need to be a GRX subscriber yourself.
How much can I earn per referral?
The reward is 20% of the referred workshop's first-year plan payment (excl. UAE VAT). Three plans per branch (+ VAT, billed yearly): Basic 2,500 AED/year, Premium 3,600 AED/year, Enterprise 7,500 AED/year — 50 GB (Basic), 100 GB (Premium), 150 GB (Enterprise) cloud storage per branch. For example, a Premium referral at 3,000 AED/year earns you 600 AED.
When is the referral reward paid?
After the referred workshop completes their first paid yearly subscription and the payment is confirmed, we process your referral reward. Payout timing and method are confirmed with you when the referral is registered.
How do I refer a workshop?
Contact the GRX team on WhatsApp or email with the workshop name, contact person, and emirate. We will track the referral from first contact through onboarding so your reward is credited correctly.
What counts as a successful referral?
The workshop must be new to GRX, onboard with our team, and complete payment for their first yearly subscription. Referrals must be registered with GRX before the workshop signs up or starts a paid plan.
Can I refer more than one workshop?
Yes. There is no limit on the number of workshops you can refer during the offer period. Each successful onboarding earns a separate 20% reward on that workshop's first-year payment.
Until when is this offer valid?
The referral offer is valid for workshops that onboard and pay their first yearly subscription on or before 31 July 2026. Referrals should be registered with GRX before the workshop subscribes.
Does the referred workshop get a discount?
The referred workshop can still start with a 7-day free trial and choose any GRX plan. The referral reward is paid to you — the referrer — not deducted from their subscription.
